2. About These Terms & Our Role

StopShield is a technology platform in active development. The Website describes our planned application ("App") which is not yet available for public use. We are currently in a pre-launch, beta-readiness phase. All features described on the Website are under development and are subject to change without notice.

3. No Legal Advice & No Law Firm

StopShield is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or any form of legal services. Any information provided on the Website, via email, or during meetings is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not create a solicitor-client relationship.

For formal legal advice, you must consult a qualified solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). StopShield will, in the future, connect users to regulated third-party solicitors, but we do not provide legal advice ourselves.

4. The Waitlist & Beta Access

By joining our waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from us, including product updates, beta launch announcements, and marketing information about StopShield. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email we send.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you early access or a place in any beta or trial launch of the App. Beta access will be limited and may be offered at our sole discretion based on various factors, including device compatibility and testing requirements. We reserve the right to select participants for beta access on a first-come, first-served basis or by any other criteria we deem appropriate.

5. No Guarantee of Beta Access

You acknowledge and agree that submitting your email address to our waitlist does not create any contractual right or obligation for us to provide you with access to any beta version of the App or any future product. We make no promises or guarantees regarding when the App will launch or who will receive early access.

6. Limitations & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all pre-launch services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) the information on the Website is accurate, complete, or current; or (c) any errors will be corrected.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the total amount of any fees paid by you to us (which, at this pre-launch stage, is £0).

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and the StopShield™ name and logo, is the property of 369 Consultancy Services Ltd and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
